During his stay at appliedAI, Abdul was a CS graduate student at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with a focus on machine learning. He was pursuing his master’s thesis at the Institute of Computational Biology, Helmholtz Zentrum München under Professor Fabian Theis, where he applies deep learning techniques to single-cell RNA-seq data.
